What does the monthly subscription include?
It includes models marked Available, with no separate per-token charges and no fixed monthly token allocation. Workload approval, concurrency limits and fair-use limits apply.
Are there concurrency limits?
Yes. The subscription has no fixed monthly token allocation, but concurrency and fair-use limits still apply.
Which models are currently available?
The Models page is the source of truth. Only models marked Available are included, and models marked Planned remain outside the service.
How is API access delivered?
Approved customers receive an activation email linked to a secure retrieval flow for their API key and account-specific connection details.
How long does activation take?
The workload review is normally completed within 24 hours after the required information is submitted. Provisioning follows approval.
What happens when a workload is not approved?
We cancel the subscription and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The subscription renews monthly at US$1,200 per month until it is canceled.
How can the customer cancel?
Cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Access continues through the paid billing period.
Can the customer receive a refund after activation?
The current billing period is generally non-refundable after activation, except where required by law or stated in the final Service Terms.
What requires a custom plan?
Dedicated concurrency, large account fleets, custom service levels and private deployment require a separate review. Contact Sales before purchasing.
